Ascension Living Carroll Manor is seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to support its expanding Post-Acute Unit located on the newly developed third floor of the facility. This unit will begin with 10 beds and gradually increase to a total of 48 beds.
The Long Term Care RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and assisted living environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective coordination of patient care, and adherence to professional nursing standards. RNs in this position will manage patient care directly and support others involved in the care process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or assisted living setting
- Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in all aspects of patient care
- Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation using the Matrix charting system
- Uphold all federal, state, and facility‑specific regulations and standards
- Support the transition and growth of the new Post‑Acute Unit
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Night
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedules may include 40‑hour or 48‑hour weekly structures.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
- Pay Rate: $52/hr
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,704
- Hourly Pay: $20/hr

- 24‑hour staffing with licensed nurses and aides

- Bed Capacity: 252 certified beds
