The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and capable of working with a high degree of clinical autonomy while collaborating closely with outstanding physicians in a supportive, stress-free environment.

• Monday-Friday, daytime hours only
• No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
• Conveniently located within walking distance of Foggy Bottom and Farragut Metro stations
• Paid parking or transportation provided

• Conduct patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Manage routine and complex primary care visits
• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and follow-up care
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient satisfaction
• Document care accurately and efficiently in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

• No productivity quotas

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Washington, DC (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and patient engagement skills
