General Medicine (C4-1) is a 16‑bed unit designed to provide care for patients with complex medical diagnoses. Nurses on this unit provide care for a diverse patient population with a wide range of healthcare requirements. The unit specializes in continuous pulse oximetry and a blended model of care that includes nurses, patient care technicians, and a virtual nurse. Staff are supported by educational and specialty certification training opportunities and are involved in the Nurses Improving Care for Health system Elders (NICHE) Program, which has achieved exemplar status.

General Medicine/Telemetry and Behavioral Health Unit (C4-2) is a 16‑bed unit that provides specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, behavioral health, and complex medical nursing care. The unit also uses a blended model of care and actively participates in the NICHE Program.

Medical/Surgical Unit (C4-3) is a 16‑bed unit catering to patients needing complex medical and/or surgical nursing care, including continuous pulse oximetry monitoring. Nurses gain opportunities to develop advanced bedside skills, receive leadership support, and advance clinical ladders.

  * General Medical/Surgical (C6-1) is a newly opened 16‑bed General Medical–Surgical–Telemetry unit dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care. Nurses care for a diverse patient population with a wide range of medical and post‑surgical needs, providing a setting to build assessment skills and clinical confidence.

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Clinical Nursing Experience required.
• Active DC RN License required.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

This position has a hiring range of USD $41.78 - USD $63.66 /Hr.
