Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity. This RN will assume the care of admitted patients with varying diagnoses while they are boarding in the ED awaiting bed placement on an inpatient unit. Skills Req:
Cerner, MS/Tele, Telemetry, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, Titration of Insulin drips, Feeding tube care and management, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Heparin Protocols, PCA, Nasal Cannula, Isolation Precautions Skills Preferred:
