Description:
The Emergency Room is a fast-paced environment that treats a wide variety of patients.
Emergency Room nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes.
Patients range from urgent care and simple procedures to psychiatric, pediatric, and critical care or trauma patients.
Nurses coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing needs to ensure the highest level of safety and quality while promoting a positive patient experience.
