Description:

The Home Health RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

The RN will perform various clinical tasks such as wound care, medication administration, and case management.

Experience with OASIS E assessments is essential for this role.
The RN may be required to float to different zip codes based on staffing needs.
Mileage reimbursement is available, and personal vehicles are required for transportation.
Candidates must have reliable vehicles and meet all insurance requirements.
No call or weekend requirements are associated with this position.
