Description:

The Emergency Room is a fast-paced environment that treats a diverse range of patients.
Emergency Room nurses manage critical care skills, including medication titrations and arterial lines.
They also handle mass transfusion of blood and chest tubes.
Patients may include those requiring urgent care, psychiatric support, pediatrics, and critical trauma care.
Nurses will coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing needs.
The goal is to ensure the highest level of safety and quality while promoting a positive patient experience.
