Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health is the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 20 years, integrating clinical care with existing community providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s), The George Washington University Hospital, and our Urgent Care Center in Ward
8. This integrated delivery system is a robust network of care for all District residents, but more importantly, it ensures that residents of Wards 7 and 8 have access to high quality care in their community.
This full-service hospital includes 136 beds (with the ability to expand to 184 beds), a verified trauma center, adult and pediatric emergency departments, maternal health and newborn delivery, an ambulatory pavilion for clinic visits and other outpatient services, a 500-car garage, and a helipad for emergency transport.
We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager (Full-Time) to lead operations at our outpatient dialysis center.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily clinical and administrative functions to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting staff, coordinating dialysis treatment schedules, monitoring and maintaining quality standards, and providing education and guidance to patients and families. This role requires strict adherence to regulatory requirements, strong leadership skills, and a high level of clinical expertise in nephrology nursing to promote optimal patient outcomes and operational excellence.

QualificationsRequirements:
- DC RN License required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required;
Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred - Minimum of 3–5 years of dialysis nursing experience required
- At least 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a dialysis or outpatient clinical setting preferred
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) or Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) preferred
