School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Travel Position

We are seeking a caring and reliable School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the health and well‑being of students in a school setting. The School LPN will provide basic medical care, administer medications, and assist in managing students with chronic conditions. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to creating a safe, healthy learning environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid and illness management.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies.
• Assist in monitoring and managing chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies).
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding student health needs.
• Support health education and promote wellness among students.

• Active LPN license in WA
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• BLS/CPR certification, COVID vaccine, TB test
• Minimum 1-year experience in a school setting
