RN House Supervisor

• Travel RN – House Supervisor / Patient Flow Coordinator

• Shift: 3x12 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor / Patient Flow Coordinator for a travel assignment at a leading acute care hospital.

• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and patient placement across all levels of care
• Manage hospital capacity and bed utilization to optimize patient flow
• Collaborate with the Emergency Department to reduce boarding times and improve throughput
• Coordinate ICU admissions, transfers, and patient placement
• Support perioperative services with bed placement and capacity planning
• Serve as the primary nursing administrative resource during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Lead capacity escalation efforts during high census and operational challenges
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across nursing, physicians, case management, and hospital leadership
• Participate in operational huddles focused on patient flow, capacity management, and patient safety

• Active RN License
• BSN Required
• BLS & ACLS Required
• Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
• Experience with patient flow, bed management, nursing supervision, or hospital operations preferred
