Assistant Director of Nursing Surgical Clinic

Med Star Health seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing for our Surgical Clinic to support daily operations, lead nurses, and elevate patient care. In this role, you will oversee clinical workflows, patient flow, and triage while ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, infection prevention, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, mentor and develop nursing staff, drive quality and safety initiatives, and help shape policies that advance Med Star's patient-first, mission-driven culture and clinical excellence across our regional health system.
