Hours are not guaranteed on a weekly basis. Per our staffing agreement, travelers may be flexed up to 3 times in the 13 week assignment period, but makeup shifts must be offered. If the worker does not meet their total hours at the end of the assignment, due to being flexed, guaranteed hours will be paid.
