Job Description Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Develop and administer mental health assessments to screen for depression. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
Keep an organized, well-stocked, clean clinic at all times.
Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following the 3 weeks of training. Shifts will be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours, including some weekends and major holidays. This is a temporary/contract position.
Education/Licenses NeededFull, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
