LPN Wellness Nurse

Inspir Embassy Row, LLC seeks a compassionate LPN Wellness Nurse to deliver high-touch, hospitality-driven care in a luxury senior living environment. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident health status, and support personalized care plans that promote safety, dignity, and comfort. You will collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, caregivers, and hospitality staff to coordinate services and ensure a seamless, resident-first experience.

This position also includes health assessments, documentation, family communication, and participation in quality and regulatory standards in an upscale setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and wellness support to residents in a luxury senior living community
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Support development and implementation of individualized care and wellness plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and electronic health records
• Assist with regulatory compliance, infection control, and quality assurance standards
• Promote a resident-first, hospitality-focused experience in all interactions
• Respond to urgent and emergent resident needs, escalating to RNs and physicians as appropriate
• Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
