Capitol City Rehab and Healthcare in beautiful Washington, D.C. is looking for a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Day Shift Every Other Weekend.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:- The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan.
- The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor assists in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for the residents.
- The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing units.
- The RN Supervisor assists in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. Provide support and direction for nurses.
- The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
