, earning $140,000–$155,000 annually on a hybrid schedule with no call, no marketing, and no panel-building required. You will practice across an advanced treatment menu including TMS, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and DBT alongside a multidisciplinary team of 90+ clinicians across five Maryland offices, with an established referral base that fills your panel for you, dedicated administrative and billing support, and Maryland licensure, CDS, DEA, and board certification fees fully reimbursed.
You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring effectiveness and side effects over time
- Manage anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and substance use disorders
- Assess suicide risk and acute symptoms, coordinating appropriate levels of care
- Collaborate with therapy providers and the multidisciplinary team on ongoing care coordination
- Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Active Maryland APRN license and PMHNP certification required
- Minimum 3 years of psychiatric NP experience required
- Standard scope of psychiatric and DSM experience required
- Suboxone prescription experience required
- $140,000–$155,000 annual salary
