Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
NRI Staffing is seeking dependable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses for opportunities with our healthcare clients. Qualified candidates should have strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing quality patient care. Assignment locations and schedules vary by opportunity.
Compensation$40 per hour.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN or licensed healthcare provider.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the LPN scope of practice.
- Monitor vital signs, observe changes in patient condition, and communicate concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist with daily patient care needs and reinforce patient and family education.
- Follow infection control procedures and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Current LPN license valid in the assignment's jurisdiction.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
