About the Role
Capitol City Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team on the Day Shift, working Every Other Weekend. As a Part-Time RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in directing and supervising the implementation of our resident care plans, ensuring a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for our patients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan
Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for residents
Regularly round on nursing units to ensure quality care and resident satisfaction
Assist in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life, providing support and direction for nurses
Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents, and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) license valid to work in
D.CStrong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising nursing staff
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve high-quality patient care
Excellent communication and organizational skills
