Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Emergency Registered Nurse.
The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to infants, children, and young adults in urgent medical need.
This RN will deliver knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination to all patients in accordance with hospital policies, standards, and philosophy.
The incumbent will provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
Utilization of the concepts of Patient Centered Care will form the foundation for all nursing care.
Demonstration of Service Excellence standards is expected at all times.
Candidates must have strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
The ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations is required.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety is crucial.
A proven track record of sustained employment for a minimum of two years is necessary to foster long-term relationships within the organization.
