• Create a welcoming environment for our guests while making sure we wow our clients!
• Just like a luxurious hotel, you’re on the front lines of responding to various needs.
• Our front-end team works closely with our clients, coordinating boarding accommodations and doggie daycare for their furry family members. They are responsible for feeding and medicating our guests. They also handle one-on-one private play and some cleaning duties.
• Our back-end team is responsible for doggie daycare, bathing our guests, cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting the resort.

• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some weekend and holiday hours are required.
• An enthusiastic personality is comfortable selling.
• Positive, professional, and hardworking.
• Past experience may include: guest service roles, customer service roles (CSR), housekeeping, janitorial duties, kennel attendants, dog grooming, and dog training.
• Experience as a vet assistant, veterinary technician, is also a plus – in a vet clinic, animal hospital, or shelter environment.
