Position Description
Tele Solv is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive quality plan for operations spanning the nation. This confidential role supports government initiatives and requires a strategic leader dedicated to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across all sites.
Project DescriptionThe Quality Manager will support a government project focused on elevating operational standards and ensuring consistent quality across diverse locations. The role is central to maintaining compliance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and oversee a nationwide quality management plan
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures across all sites
- Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required
- Establish and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
- Lead and train staff on quality standards and best practices
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure quality requirements are met
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management
- Expertise in quality management systems and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control techniques
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
City and state to be determined based on project needs.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing quality plans
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar certification
- Experience supporting government contracts or operations
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar standards
- Certification in quality management (preferred but not required)
