X4 Life Sciences are partnered with a lean, progressive medical device manufacturer specialising in a portfolio of long‑established, FDA‑cleared products. With production, assembly, and testing completed onsite, the company focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance across U.S. and Canadian markets (including MDSAP).
Position: QA AssociateWe are seeking a QA Associate to support day‑to‑day Quality Management System (QMS) activities. This is an onsite role due to hands‑on involvement with production, assembly, and testing.
Key Responsibilities- Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Assist with documentation control and periodic reviews
- Help manage customer complaints, nonconformances, and CAPAs
- Assist with requirements related to Health Canada compliance
- Support internal audits and vendor/supplier quality activities
- Upload and manage controlled documents in the eQMS
- Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with SOP updates and general quality documentation
- Solid understanding of QMS principles
- Experience in a life sciences environment (medical device experience preferred)
- Exposure to ISO 13485 or MDSAP
- Ability to assist in handling complaints, nonconformances, and CAPAs
- Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing/assembly/test setting
