QA​/QC Manager

We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Thailand.

• Develop and implement the project Quality Management System, quality plans and ITPs for Data Centre CSA and MEP works.
• Lead QA/QC teams and review technical submissions, supplier documentation and inspection records for compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable project standards.
• Manage NCRs, root cause analysis and corrective actions, coordinating timely close-out with relevant teams.
• Monitor quality performance and report key issues, trends and improvement actions to project management.
• Oversee quality records and support testing, commissioning and final handover.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction QA/QC experience, including at least 5 years managing quality teams.
• Data Centre project experience is essential
  , with a strong understanding of CSA, MEP and ELV quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality planning, inspections, audits and NCR management; auditor training is preferred.
• Experience with commissioning and handover documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore or similar quality management systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical and coordination skills, with excellent written and spoken Thai and English.
