Property management group seeks a permanent Property Manager to provide both administrative and tenant-facing support.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Establish relationships with tenants and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain property files and records.
• Assist with rental and lease application processes.
• Act as a supervisor to onsite managers and leasing personnel.
• Oversee maintenance team and create and track work orders for maintenance requests.
• Provide project management support on special projects.
• Support advertising and marketing efforts.
• Perform other general administrative and operational tasks.

• Demonstrated professionalism.
• Flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.

• Previous property management experience.
• Experience managing several buildings and units.

Salary: $70,000 per year.
