Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C. office has an immediate opening for a mid-level lateral associate with 3-5 years of real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have immediate transferable skills and experience in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing and development of real estate. Strong academic background is required. • 3-5 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate acquisition, sale and financing, and development.
• Admitted, or eligible for admission to D.C. bar.
• The position may be filled in Washington, D.C. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in these locations is $260,000 - $365,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
