- Track and apply expenses to specific deal pools for broker accounts
- Assist auditors with obtaining documentation for revenue recognition
- 3+ years of commercial real estate transaction support experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a similar field
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both oral and written
- Comfortable with consistent follow-up on inquiries and tasks
- Familiarity with commission payout processes in commercial real estate
- Experience with deal-tracking systems and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills for tracking expenses and revenue
- Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
