Junior Analyst - FIOACrowned Grace International is recruiting a Junior Analyst FIOA for the Veterans Administration with experience in the Freedom of Information Act. The Junior Analyst supports FOIA request processing by conducting initial reviews, performing searches, drafting response materials, and applying exemptions under supervision. Your contribution helps ensure workflow efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion, making a meaningful impact on transparency efforts.
Education/Experience:
- Must have a minimum of an Associate degree
- One (1) year of FOIA experience within the last 24 months.
- Ability to apply FOIA exemptions accurately and consistently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional responses.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database tools.
- Ability to conduct effective internet and records research to support FOIA search and review activities.
- Additional FOIA experience may substitute for formal FOIA training.
A successful background check and drug screen is required.
