About The Role

We are seeking a Sommelier of exceptional pedigree to steward one of the capital’s most prestigious wine programs. This role is designed for a true connoisseur—one who possesses the technical depth to manage an elite wine list featuring rare vintages, vertical collections, and blue‑chip labels. You will serve as the primary liaison and guide between our world‑class inventory and a highly sophisticated UHNW membership that expects nothing less than a perfect pour every time.

• Oversee an extensive, high‑valuation wine collection.
• Provide bespoke tableside guidance for a membership group with highly educated palates.
• Continuously evolve a wine list that balances iconic global estates with exclusive, small‑production allocations that cannot be found elsewhere.
• Leverage deep industry relationships and global networks to secure rare allocations and off‑list products, ensuring the club maintains a competitive advantage of Its wine offerings.
• Maintain absolute precision in cellar conditions, organization, and inventory controls, ensuring that high‑valuation assets are preserved and accounted for with the highest level of care.
• Partner with the Executive Chef to design intricate pairing menus that challenge and delight the most discerning palates.
• Serve as a mentor to the service team, fostering a culture of excellence through sophisticated training and tasting sessions.

• 7+ years of experience in private club, private UHNW facility, or elite fine dining environments required.
• Experience in Grand Award winning programs highly preferred.
• Profound and expert knowledge of the world's most celebrated wine regions and collections required.
• Experience managing seven‑figure wine collections required.
• Past experience and success navigating the social nuances of a UHNW environment with poise and complete discretion.
• CMS Advanced Sommelier or WSET Diploma highly preferred.

The base salary pay range for this role is $74,400 -$97,650, depending on relevant experience and qualifications, in addition to a generous full-suite benefits package offering.
