Aboutthe role
We are looking for experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused bartenders to join our team and ensure our guests enjoy top-notch service and exceptional cocktails for our craft cocktails & small plates concept, located in an original speakeasy from the 1920s. You will be an essential part of our team responsible for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our guests during events.
We are looking for masters of the craft - we want you to be excited to create a bespoke drink for everyone who walks in the door.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, take orders, and provide excellent customer service throughout the event. Engage with patrons to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, including classics and signature drinks, ensuring they are presented attractively and taste delicious.
Process payments accurately, handle credit card transactions quickly and efficiently.
Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with other staff, including servers, event staff, and event captains, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience, preferably in craft cocktail settings.
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
- TIPS or equivalent responsible beverage service certification is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy kegs or supplies.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
