* Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
* Maintain a clean and organized dish area
* Sweep and mop floors as needed
* Remove trash and recycling
* Assist the kitchen team with basic prep or utility tasks when needed
* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
