• Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality‑driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service.
• Experience as a cook desired, preferably in a fine‑dining restaurant.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.

• Set up the cooking station with food products and supplies.
• Read computerized orders and use recipes to cook orders.
• Operate kitchen equipment.
• Clean, restock, and organize workstation during the shift.
• Follow Clyde’s high standards for food safety and quality.
