Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner;
Sets up bars and stocks all beverage supplies, garnishes, and related items;
Maintains stock and ensures product quality; prepares garnishes and perishables;
Takes and processes drink orders, mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard recipes;
Checks IDs and ensures compliance with liquor laws; monitors for intoxication
