Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Prepares and serves beverages to guests at the bar.;
Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and supplies.;
Takes and processes drink orders; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks according to recipes with portion controls.;
Checks IDs and monitors for intoxication in compliance with liquor laws.;
Keeps bar area clean and organized; washes stemware.
