What You’ll Do

As a member of our Leadership Team, you’ll partner with the General Manager to:

  • Lead and energize your team with a hospitality-first approach
  • Inventory management (ordering, tracking, restocking)
  • Drive performance by improving service, increasing sales, and maximizing profitability
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Hiring & Training bartenders, barbacks, and servers
  • Scheduling shifts and managing time-off requests
  • Manage day-to-day floor operations and step in for the GM when needed
  • Inspire a culture of excellence and fun — every shift

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
  • Proven ability to motivate, support, and elevate others
  • Strong communication and people skills — calm under pressure and clear under stress
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • A growth mindset and a desire to keep getting better
  • Experience in training and development is a major asset
