The RoleWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our fast‑growing fast‑casual restaurant company. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a restaurant location, ensuring that it meets or exceeds its financial goals, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that the restaurant is staffed appropriately and has the resources necessary to operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, including P&L management, staffing, training, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve financial performance, increase sales, and improve guest satisfaction.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop action plans to address issues.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and employee retention.
- Ensure that all employees follow company standards and operational procedures, including food safety and labor laws.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Human Resources, to ensure that company initiatives are implemented effectively at the restaurant level.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure that the restaurant has access to the resources it needs to operate effectively.
- Ensure that the restaurant is following local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety and labor laws.
- Participate in the development of annual budgets and business plans, providing input based on market trends and operational performance.

- Experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast‑casual restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of financial performance, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing budgets.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of employees.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop solutions to address issues.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&L management, staffing, and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
