Job Description
We’re hiring full‑time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. Alongside a manager who coordinates and leads operations, you will oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and support the team wherever needed. This role is a key opportunity to grow professionally while igniting your passion for service.
CompensationHourly rate: $20.00 – $20.00. The amount represents Aramark’s good‑faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of posting.

- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets (production sheets and recipes).
- Direct daily activities and ensure food production meets safety and quality standards.
- Store food items safely and in a hazard‑free environment.
- Serve all food items per menu specifications following Aramark policies and procedures.
- Maintain a sanitary department in compliance with health and safety codes.
- Maintain accurate weekly inventory.
- Prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production for the location.
- Supervise, evaluate, counsel, and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
- Maintain a safe, hazard‑free working environment.
- Train and mentor other food service workers.
- Maintain logs of all equipment maintenance required within the department.
- Complete food safety/temperature logs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Perform preventative maintenance checklists and recommend equipment replacement as needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking.
- Perform duties requested by the Food Service Director or Manager that align with your skills and experience.
- Cover for absent employees at the location as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of daily catering events and confirm timely preparation and delivery.
- Be available for occasional night and weekend catered events.
- Attend food service meetings with staff.
- Maintain communication with staff via email, phone, and inter‑office mail.
- Perform cashier duties when needed.
- Promote positive public relations.
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions.
- Must complete a sanitation course before or during the first year.
- Must have knowledge of operating an efficient, cost‑effective program.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
- Maintain emotional control under stress.
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations.
- Strong organizational skills.
