Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications; classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime.

Position OverviewOur Tuckernuck flagship store is looking for a full-time Store Stylist to support the store leadership team through the cultivation of a store environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they walk through our doors. We envision someone with a vibrant personality, an efficient nature, and natural warmth. Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, styling, cash wrap, restock and overall shopkeeping.
CoreResponsibilities
- Supports Store Manager to achieve and exceed financial goals and build multiple revenue streams through walk-in traffic, client appointments, consignment and event-generated business
- Creates success through a positive and collaborative store environment
- Ensures store productivity to increase profitability through exceeding personal sales and clienteling goals
- Creates and contributes to a proactive selling culture that focuses on building long term relationships. Maintain awareness and involvement with top clients
- Works alongside the store management team and corporate partners to give appropriate feedback regarding assortment/replenishment for the store
- Is aware of trends in the regional and national market trends
- At least 3 years of retail or other relevant work/life experience
- Passion for the Tuckernuck brand
- Proactive nature. See something’s not working? Do some brainstorming and help fix it
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
