The

Job:
  • Retail Territory Manager role as part of Retail Sales team, remote employee. Manage territory of Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts (or combination).
  • Handle daily retail account visits and account management.
  • Analyze metrics in Sales Force, Power BI, and Show Pad to map customer routing schedule.
  • Drive top line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
  • Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail goals.
  • Analyze POS by store and promotional performance to develop sales plans.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure proper inventory for promotional activities.
  • Use Power BI and Sales Force data to inform execution strategy based on trends and SKU detail.
  • Execute national event activations to drive sales and develop local territory activations.
  • Implement national overdrive strategies to promote product sell-through and identify opportunities.
  • Engage key decision makers to discuss initiatives and develop and implement customized projects.
  • Partner with retail service partners, attend monthly district meetings and conduct quality walks.
  • Leverage sales enablement tools to identify gaps and create sales plans.
  • Drive effective inventory management and retailer order writing; develop exit strategies for Special Buy promotions.
  • Establish relationships with professional end-users (Pro) through product training, seeding, and blitzes.
  • Execute monthly job site visits aligned with retailers’ pro strategies to deliver pro target POS goals.
  • Manage budgets (T&E, demo tools, etc.) to drive profitability.
The Person :
  • 3‑5 years of retail sales experience in consumer goods industry.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8‑10 annually).
  • Capable of handling, training on, and demonstrating products; ability to lift up to 50lb with occasional physical labor.
  • Ability to analyze Power BI and Sales Force data to develop strategic growth plans.
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT business systems (Bw, , Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must pass drug test & MVR.
