. We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates who are passionate about delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections.
The ideal candidate excels at creating positive, lasting customer interactions while building brand loyalty. They thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities and consistently putting the customer first. Key responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, enhancing team and customer engagement, maintaining visual and operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store. This role may include opening and closing responsibilities and the potential for keyholder duties.
As part of the Leap platform, this individual will have the unique opportunity to support other brands in our portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Familiarity with emerging retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities- Support sales initiatives and drive customer satisfaction in-store.
- Enhance team and customer engagement; maintain high visual and operational standards.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store; may include opening/closing duties and potential keyholder responsibilities.
- Assist with opening store activities and managing day-to-day operations as needed.
- Collaborate with LEAP and other brands on store openings, activations, and coverage needs.
- Minimum Age: 18+ years old.
- Experience:
Retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles with premium customer service and brand representation. - Availability:
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. - Physical Requirements:
Active presence on the sales floor, standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Hourly Pay Range: $18/hr to $20/hr compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
