General Services Consultant

As a General Services Consultant, you will support a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficient delivery of corporate services while helping enhance the overall employee experience through responsive, high-quality workplace support.

You will work inthe Travel, Security, and General Services Group, part of the Budget and Administrative Services Department within the Vice Presidency for Finance and Administration .The General Services Team manages food services, printing and mailroom solutions, custodial services, commuting initiatives,and childcare services. In addition togeneral services, TSG provides other services such as corporate security and travel services.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee experience through service analysis, feedback management, and the implementation of employee-focused initiatives.
• Assistin the management of key service program sand support with benchmarking,including
  
  Metro
  
  Commute, dry cleaning, EV charger maintenance, and conduct regular inspections to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality corporate services.
• Monitor and review customer satisfaction surveys related to food services and other services, providing insights and recommendations for service improvements.
• Maintain updated recordsin collaboration with Human Resourcesfortheback-up care program,auditprogramusagereports, and support vendor research and validation processes,including RFP documentation.
• Maintainaccuratetracking and reporting ofinventoryitems such as IDB flags, kitchen supplies, and equipment.
  
  Research vendors forpotentialprocurements.
• Monitor and analyze service participation, enrollment, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluatevendorperformance,identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic planning.
• Provide logistical support for events, information tables, and conferences organized by theteam.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in International Relations,Business Administration, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.

Experience:

At least2years of experience incorporate services.

Languages:

Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required.

Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
