As a Retail Guide, you’ll create memorable, authentic moments for every guest, sharing product knowledge, experiences, and our Do Good mission. Your focus is guiding customers—whether they’re outfitting a first‑time adventure or a seasoned traveler—toward the gear that empowers them.

• Champion authentic guest experiences by guiding them through their journey with care, curiosity, and intention.
• Connect with every guest—say hello, share personal experience, and offer help and expertise.
• Educate guests on products, local highlights, and our mission and impact.
• Be an ambassador by living Cotopaxi’s values of People, Innovation, and Adventure.
• Restock and destock products, keeping the store spruced and ready for guests.
• Open the store on time and close it at the end of the day.
• Manage the point‑of‑sale system, ensuring customers leave supported and satisfied.
• Play an active role in creating a store culture that’s uplifting, collaborative, and fun.

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail or a high‑traffic environment is a plus.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and excited to share our story.
• Humanitarian at heart, believing in our Do Good mission.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Strong accountability and self‑guidance.
• Flexible, able to work varied hours—including at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend, and during holiday season (Friday after Thanksgiving).
• Committed for the duration of the location term.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet; an active role.
