We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associates to join our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform,during the upcoming peak selling season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating meaningful customer connections, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to a fast paced, team-oriented store environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will bring the customer experience to life through authentic engagement, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling. You will connect with customers, understand their needs, share the brand story, and provide personalized recommendations that create memorable shopping experiences.

You will also support day-to-day store operations, maintain a welcoming and organized environment, and collaborate with your team to meet business goals. Flexibility and reliability are important, as seasonal associates will help support increased traffic, events, promotions, weekends, and other key moments throughout the season.

Hourly Pay Range: $18– $20 Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
