Senior Sales Associate

The Senior Sales Associate helps lead the day-to-day retail experience at Shop Made. This role supports customers, inventory and the sales floor while serving as a trusted resource for the rest of the team.

You’ll move between helping customers discover local makers, receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining strong visual standards and supporting the management team with daily sales goals and floor execution.

This role supports four core areas: customer experience, inventory management, maker + product knowledge, and sales floor support.

• Deliver a warm, knowledgeable customer experience and help shoppers find locally made products they’ll love
• Learn our makers and products so you can confidently tell their stories and make thoughtful recommendations
• Support the management team in driving daily sales goals and keeping the floor focused and productive
• Receive, enter and organize new maker inventory accurately
• Restock products and maintain strong merchandising, cleanliness and visual standards
• Help identify inventory needs, product gaps and other opportunities on the sales floor
• Support teammates throughout the shift and help keep day-to-day store operations moving smoothly

Our shelves are filled with products from independent makers and small businesses across the region. The Senior Sales Associate helps make sure those products are represented well, our customers understand the stories behind them and the shop is set up to help those businesses succeed.

PAY: $18.46/hour
