Job Description: We are growing our Enterprise Sales organization to support continued expansion across global financial services, healthcare, and enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a seasoned seller who excels in solution-based selling, understands partner-led go-to-market motions, and is energized by helping organizations address complex identity, access, and governance challenges.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full customer lifecycle—from initial engagement through deal close—while working closely with channel, alliance, and partner teams to drive enterprise adoption and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales engagements end to end, leading discovery, solution positioning, and contract negotiations.
  • Establish and grow executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Partner closely with alliance and channel organizations to develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build and manage strategic account plans focused on sustained revenue growth and customer value.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology solutions, with preference for identity, PAM, IGA, IAM, or adjacent security platforms.
  • Demonstrated success selling in partnership-driven environments, including systems integrators, GSIs, or alliance ecosystems.
  • Strong command of enterprise buying cycles and value-based sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
