Engage customers with personalized fragrance recommendations and educate them on notes and layering;
Maintain a polished, organized storefront with accurate merchandising, pricing, and inventory upkeep;
Drive sales and customer loyalty using clienteling tools and loyalty programs;
Process transactions using point-of-sale and mobile selling technology and meet daily sales goals;
Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and promoting loyalty benefits
