What is the role?

As our US business continues to grow, we are looking to introduce a new Business Development Representative who will sit between our sales & marketing team to help drive new sales opportunities for our new AI product, Cross Pitch, through creative and effective outbound strategies. This role requires a highly driven, tenacious and hardworking individual, who would enjoy working in a high pressure, high reward environment.

This role will directly impact company growth and the success of Cross Pitch, therefore requires someone who wants to work hard, who wants to make a difference, and who is keen to be an integral part of the growth of Passle Inc.

Cross Pitch is an AI-powered cross-selling product that enables large law firms and consultancies to “know what they know”. Cross-selling is a widely understood strategic priority for these firms and Cross Pitch’s initial market response has been very enthusiastic. Cross Pitch is symbiotic with and builds on the success and market presence of Passle’s other products.

The role will directly partner with our Sales team and assist them with conducting research, identify new leads, and developing key business strategies that will help them in meeting our company sales quarterly and annual sales targets. They will also work extremely closely with our Marketing team by supporting them with all marketing activities to ensure we are targeting the right prospective clients and engaging with key decision makers.

For the right person, there would be longer term, tangible career opportunities as our US business continues to expand.

This role will be focused on the following key areas:

1. Identifying new business opportunities:
  • Generating new business opportunities through marketing activities, targeted outbound, podcast channels
  • Rigorous market research and analysis in identifying opportunities, industry trends, prospective company changes, and competitive landscape
  • Work closely with our marketing team in the distribution and follow up of Passle’s promotional material, campaigns and events to ensure we are reaching the right audience and attracting suitable attention
2. Working closely with Sales & Marketing teams:
  • Daily interaction with Sales & Marketing teams to keep them updated on new business opportunities
  • Work alongside the teams on specific events & campaigns to ensure we are targeting the right clients, following up on invitations, drumming up interest and intrigue
  • Work with your colleagues to determine priority of outreach that is based on potential impact
  • Nurture leads through various inbound channels, which will include email, social, Client Connect & other marketing materials
  • Regularly attend our in-house & sponsored networking events to establish new connections and represent the company effectively
