As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Umbraco, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the US by developing and executing enterprise sales strategies across Support, Cloud, and Add-on solutions. You will focus on acquiring new enterprise customers while working closely with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
This role requires a strong sales leader with deep knowledge of CMS technologies, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise support models, as well as a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for enterprise Support and Cloud solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise customers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments within the CMS and cloud ecosystem.
- Analyze sales data, pipeline metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to ensure clear, accurate, and compelling communication with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term enterprise relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales data and performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies and their business value.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within enterprise or B2B technology environments.
- Proven success in direct sales, ideally within the CMS ecosystem, including support and cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex support contracts and cloud-based offerings.
- Strong understanding of CMS technologies and their business applications.
Preferred:
- Technical knowledge of Umbraco products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
