Responsibilities
  • Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles
  • Record weekly activity and customer insights in CRM systems, assessing store routes for necessary adjustments
  • Track store and account level KPIs, analyzing sales data for improvement opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers to drive business partnerships
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in grocery or retail sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with market analysis and customer relationship management
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
