- Bachelor’s degree required OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience

- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes
- Previous experience selling in the hospital and/or healthcare industry
- Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with cold calling and full-cycle sales
- Previous experience in product trials and implementations
- Familiarity with healthcare market dynamics and customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with sales organizations and customers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
