Kickstart your sales career as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for a rapidly growing software company in the massive Fin Tech space. What You'll Be Doing- Drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients in the financial services sector.
- Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce leading SaaS-based compliance reporting and analytics solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Engage with compliance officers, leveraging intellectual curiosity to handle second and third-level objections.
- Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
We are looking for a methodical self-starter who is intellectually curious and fearless. You must have a strong drive to research targets and a desire to learn a complex product. Top performers are on a clear path to an Account Executive (AE) role within 18–24 months and gain access to the entire Vista network of over 50 companies.
